*The elective unit can be substitute from any currently endorsed Training Package or accredited course at Certificate IV or above.

  • Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or Australian equivalent.
  • You must be able to demonstrate vocational competency in your proposed teaching and assessing area.

*Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience and may include holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.

  • You must have a computer with internet access, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint installed.
  • You must provide a valid ID with your picture and signature
  • TAE College will provide you free initial assessment
  • RPL or RPL plus Gap Training

Completing all the units of competency within this qualification will lead to the issuance of a TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, including a transcript of all completed units. Learners that successfully complete individual units of competency, but not the whole qualification, will be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment detailing the completed units.
